With a background in innovation management, leadership roles in corporate and startup environments, and a keen eye for strategy and implementation, he supports organizations in phases of change, growth, or realignment.
As an experienced engineer, Michael Harb also brings in-depth technical know-how and R&D experience to bring innovations to market and actively scale growth.
As a bridge builder between generations (Boomers to Gen Z) and industries, he acts as a translator, sparring partner and designer – with a passion for clarity and effectiveness.
